Chemical sabotage: Chemical Sabotage How a stubborn respiratory pathogen can lead to hardening of the arteries. By Peter Hansen Photo of Anthony Azenabor Exactly how a respiratory pathogen is linked to hardening of the arteries remained a mystery, until Anthony Azenabor provided unique biochemical insights into the mechanisms involved in the process. When most harmful bacteria enter your body, the infected cells release specific chemicals—an SOS answered by white blood cells called monocytes, the body's first responders. When they pass from the bloodstream into infected tissue, the monocytes transform themselves into cells called macrophages. Macrophages—whose name is Greek for "big eaters"—stretch to engulf invading pathogens and destroy them with toxic-chemical-producing enzymes. www.graduateschool.uwm.edu/research/spectrum/snapshots/anthony-azenabor/Skyship

All in our brains you say? Figure 1. Energy landscape of protein folding and aggregation. The light blue surface shows the multitude of conformations “funneling” to the native state via intramolecular contacts and the dark blue area the conformations moving toward amorphous aggregates or amyloid fibrils via intermolecular contacts. Both parts of the energy surface overlap. Aggregate formation can occur from intermediates populated during de novo folding or by destabilization of the native state and is normally prevented by molecular chaperones. Cell-toxic oligomers may occur as off-pathway intermediates of amyloid fibril formation. (Reprinted, with permission of Macmillan Publishers Ltd., from Hartl and Hayer-Hartl 2009.) cshperspectives.cshlp.org/content/2/12/a004390/F1.expansion.htmlTHE CYTOSOLIC CHAPERONE MACHINERY The chaperone pathways acting in protein folding in the cytosol follow general organizational principles (Frydman 2001; Hartl and Hayer-Hartl 2002). In all three domains of life, a first tier of ribosome-associated chaperones function in stabilizing nascent polypeptides on ribosomes and initiating their folding, whereas a second tier of components act downstream in completing the folding process (Fig. 2) (Langer et al. 1992; Albanese et al. 2006). Both systems cooperate in coherent pathways. Figure 2. Protein folding in the cytosol. (A) Models for the chaperone-assisted folding of newly synthesized polypeptides in the cytosol. Bacteria (left panel). TF, trigger factor; N, native protein. Nascent chains probably interact generally with TF, and most small proteins (∼70% of total) may fold rapidly on synthesis without further assistance. Longer chains interact subsequently with DnaK and DnaJ (Hsp70 system) and fold on one or several cycles of ATP-dependent binding and release (∼20% of total). About 10% of chains transit the chaperonin system (GroEL and GroES) for folding. (B) Archaea (middle panel). PFD, prefoldin; NAC, nascent chain-associated complex. Note that only some archaeal species contain DnaK/DnaJ. (C) Eukarya (right panel). Like TF, NAC (nascent chain associated complex) probably interacts generally with nascent chains, but the role of NAC in folding is not yet clear. About 20% of chains reach their native states in a reaction assisted by RAC (ribosome associated complex), Hsp70, and Hsp40. A fraction of these must be transferred to Hsp90 for folding. About 10% of chains are co- or posttranslationally passed on to the chaperonin TRiC in a reaction mediated by Hsp70 and PFD, both of which interact directly with TRiC. PFD recognizes the nascent chains of certain TRiC substrates, including actin and tubulins. (Modified, with permission of The American Association for the Advancement of Science, from Hartl and Hayer-Hartl 2002.) RIBOSOME-ASSOCIATED CHAPERONES This group of chaperones includes bacterial trigger factor (TF) (Fig. 2A) and eukaryotic ribosome-associated complex (RAC) (Fig. 2B,C), both of which dock on to the large ribosomal subunit close to the polypeptide exit site (Kramer et al. 2009). RAC consist of the Hsp70 homologs Ssb1/2, Ssz1, and the Hsp40 homolog zuotin in Saccharomyces cerevisiae or of Hsp70L1/Mpp11, homologs of Ssz1/zuotin, in higher eukaryotes (Hundley et al. 2005; Otto et al. 2005). Additionally, archaea and eukarya contain the nascent chain-associated complex, NAC (Chang et al. 2007; Tang et al. 2007; Kramer et al. 2009) (Fig. 2B,C). Among these, the function of TF is best understood. TF is an abundant ∼50 kDa protein, consisting of an amino-terminal ribosome-binding domain, a peptidyl-prolyl isomerase (PPIase) domain, and a carboxy-terminal domain, the latter being positioned in the structure between the amino and PPIase domains (Ferbitz et al. 2004) (Fig. 3A, left panel). All three domains participate in binding to hydrophobic elements of nascent chains. The amino-domain mediates the interaction with the ribosome (Kaiser et al. 2006; Lakshmipathy et al. 2007; Merz et al. 2008). The carboxy-domain, containing two armlike protrusions, is the major binding region for hydrophobic nascent chain segments (Merz et al. 2006; Lakshmipathy et al. 2007). Ribosome binding causes a conformational aperture of TF, presumably activating TF for nascent chain interaction (Fig. 3A, right panel) (Baram et al. 2005; Schlunzen et al. 2005; Kaiser et al. 2006). Chain release from TF is ATP-independent and is probably facilitated by the tendency of the bound polypeptide to bury hydrophobic regions. This may occur to some extent within the protected environment of TF (Ferbitz et al. 2004; Merz et al. 2008). However, when a nascent chain exposes strongly hydrophobic segments, TF may leave the ribosome while remaining associated with the elongating chain (Fig. 3A, right panel) (Agashe et al. 2004). The eventual dissociation of TF facilitates folding or polypeptide transfer to downstream chaperones, such as the Hsp70 protein DnaK. Evidence has also been presented for an alternative role of TF in the assembly of certain ribosomal proteins (Martinez-Hackert and Hendrickson 2009). In this case, TF is thought to transiently stabilize the folded structure of a nonassembled subunit predominantly through electrostatic interactions. To all, Important Book:================= "tp://www.godsciencebook.com/ I find this book has most ALL of our answers. (written by an infected person) Enter a world of mutant genes, illnesses of "unknown origin," the consequences of science, industry, biotech profiteering, and the controlled information flow for globally threatening infectious diseases. God Science The Secret World of Rampant Genetics, Hidden Illness, and Biotech Profiteering Has "Biowarfare" Caused Lyme Disease and Other Epidemics? Learn about the Other Biowarfare that has been going on for a century! Biowarfare is NOT what you think! What do Lyme disease, Morgellons, HIV/AIDS, Multiple Sclerosis, Rheumatoid Arthritis, Fibromyalgia, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome/ME, Lupus, Parkinson's, Alzheimer's, Autism, Cancers, Allergies, Autoimmune diseases, Prion diseases, Leukemia, Polio, Asthma, Influenza, and other disorders of our day have in common? (remember.....Joni Mitchell had polio as a child) Where do these and other diseases come from and how did they manage to emerge? Who is controlling the information flow about infectious diseases of global significance? ---------------------------- When asked if she fears the consequences of publicizing this information, the author says: "The only thing we truly have to fear is that the truth will never be revealed. With this work I can rest knowing that we will be taking a giant step closer to understanding what ails millions of people around the world. I hope that this information will finally provide a meaningful opportunity for a careful and considerate review of current technological processes and problems, and finally reawaken the idea of the rights of public health over industrial rights." "Keeping secrets is simply not an option. Whether the intentions of those who have failed to 'tell all' over the years were good or less than that, at the end of the day, people who are adversely affected by the chemicals and microbes deployed all around us deserve to know the entire truth about the products and the processes, and to be healed...and just for the record for those who have expressed 'safety' concerns, I am only the messenger here. The book stands alone with its 4,500 scientific references. It is quite simply time for this important information to come to light - far too many people are suffering and dying from ignorance that has unnecessarily continued for decades." - PJ Langhoff" ====================== from our dear friends at LB, lest they be forgotten.lymebusters.proboards.com/index.cgi?board=rash&action=display&thread=14847========================== ======================= May The force of good, always prevail! Do you know if she's come to any definite conclusions in the book, Sky? Other than what we've pretty much surmised that all the sectors are contributing.

I think what she is seeing is on basic level, I have found both the mitochondra gene has caused a multitude of neuromuscular diseases, that did not exist before. Within that I found the 1q1142q, which Lil sis mentioned and was in the NIH site they took down. It is Conversion of fumarate to malate. in that particular location in the genome. However, there are 126 pages, all from 2000 on. the other diseases, were muscular dystropy and all dystrophy, meaning affiliation with dystrophin. This however, involves and it is reduced Selectively in skeletal muscle. The Smooth muscle is involved in this. Also with info for Skizit, One of the foremost philosophers in past was E. Darwin. And he talks of the filament of life, from the First Cause. He, at one of the schools actually taught Jefferson, and Franklin was in the Lunar Group. He tells us in his poems. This is how it was done, but we need to understand them, then we can find what that filament was, and how it could be altered. or use in inorganic form. I got that much out of Zoonica.... So, the past reflects the future, they knew of the science way back then. The future reflects the past. He talks of "limestone, chalk, marble, clay, sandstone, ironstone and coals" What he claims is that all living things have this. Caused by "generating" secretions of organic life. Carnicom is close. From that deduction, the full book of E. Darwin cannot be found. But, if we can identify the spark of life and filament of life. QUEST FOR THE PHILOSOPHER'S STONE www.subtleenergies.com/ormus/ormus/ormus.htm"The materials that Hudson and other researchers have found are believed to be related to the Philosopher's Stone. The materials have been called ORMEs, monoatomic gold, white gold, white powder gold, ORMUS, m-state, AuM, microclusters, and manna. David Hudson calls the materials he found Orbitally Rearranged Monoatomic Elements or ORMEs. He also refers to them as monoatomic elements in a high-spin state."

Yes, I see what you mean about his poems: Poems of Erasmus Darwin (1731-1802 / England) www.poemhunter.com/erasmus-darwin/'Eliza', the name of the first computer, interesting. Nanoparticles are made of gold, and used for gene delivery. This is the crystal, I believe and they glow, but, I think they used pyrite instead of gold. Not good. And Hudson what he found, could be pyrite, which most likely works like gold, but, it is not pure. Pure pyrite yes, the "fool's gold". C shows gold nanoparticles surrounding cell. and this is done by electrospraying plasmids CaCl3 users.seas.wustl.edu/tang/NPgeneDelivery.pdf== "For example, by electrotransformation with special current oscillation programs, plasmid DNA can be delivered into thermophilic anaerobes such as Clostridium thermocellum, Clostridium acetobutylicum, and Thermo- anaerobacterium saccharolyticum (Tyurin et al., 2004, 2005; Peng et al., 2006). However, these approaches are successful only in a few bacterial species because of the low efficiency of transformation, the complicated operation protocols, the severe damage to cells, and the high cost of complex devices (Henry, 2001;Okubo et al., 2008; Pathak et al., 2009)" users.seas.wustl.edu/tang/NPgeneDelivery.pdfI am think there is pyrite in the crystals............ Mirror quality, flat, etc. ========= As good as gold: Pyrite nanoparticles from hydrothermal vents are a rich source of iron Similar to humans, the bacteria and tiny plants living in the ocean need iron for energy and growth. But their situation is quite different than ours — for one, they can’t exactly turn to natural iron sources like leafy greens or red meat for a pick-me-up. So where does their iron come from? New research published by Nature Geoscience points to a source on the seafloor: minute particles (called nanoparticles) of pyrite, or fool’s gold, from hydrothermal vents at the bottom of the ocean. Scientists already knew the vents’ cloudy plumes emitted from the earth’s interior include pyrite particles, but they thought they were solids that settled back on the ocean bottom. A University of Delaware team has shown that the vents emit a significant amount of pyrite as nanoparticles, which have a diameter that is one thousand times smaller than that of a human hair. Because the nanoparticles are so small, they are dispersed into the ocean rather than falling to the bottom. Quote from LB, 'Disgusted' thread:
"Anyone who sends or posts an image online (and yes, that includes TwitPics) that they "reasonably should know" would "cause emotional distress" could face several months in jail and thousands of dollars in fines. The best part? Anyone who stumbles across the image is a viable "victim" under the law and the government doesn't even have to prove any harmful intent. So, Tennessee residents who aren't cautious enough using Google image search could get a few people in trouble."
I'm legally a resident of Tennessee now, born and raised there, OMG! I am so shocked at my countryman's stupidity at allowing their state's name to be put on such a bill. Don't you dare put anything that might upset me out here... lol - it is very upsetting to me that people are showing wads of fibers under their skin and putting out photos of insects!, of all things, and saying they are finding these under their skin! This gives me the 'heebee jeebies', I am most disturbed and I will not tolerate it - I'll have your asp in court so fast it'll make your head spin, unless you stop it immediately, DO YOU UNDERSTAND ME?!!!... that's what it is coming to.
I was just talking about how the German people cannot have a difference of opinion about what happened here in the 30's, they cannot use certain symbolism, they cannot claim to be a part of that party, they cannot deny that certain things did or did not happen that goes against how this period of history has been dictated. It is their law - which I have been trying to study what all has happened.
From this law - another group said, 'well, if they can't promote A - then the people can't promote B', another law was written.
Then another group said, 'well, if you can't talk about A and B, then you can't talk about C'... this is a law now. And, so on...
From what really happened here is the reason why the emperor is naked and we can't talk about it.
I'm going to find the specifics of what happened then and write a better report...
We just saw how the AU and US climate scientists are receiving death threats and hate mail if their opinions do not agree with the mainstream carbon tax group, pretty soon we won't be able to talk about chemtrails, volcanoes erupting, forest fires, oilspills, flooding, trees dying, heat waves... anything that might relate to global warming or climate change - in other words - the weather!
This TN law is ridiculous and must be fought - A leads to B - next will be writing about or verbally speaking about anything that might be disturbing to someone and that is about what's happened to us, it'll be against the law to tell anyone about what's happened to us... geez, what's left of our first amendment is very much under attack here. This is so dangerous, alarm bells should be ringing.

But from above
What do , , Rheumatoid Arthritis, Fibromyalgia, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome/ME, Lupus, Allergies, Autoimmune diseases, , , , Asthma, Influenza, and other disorders of our day have in common?
Jennifer , I have been told I have all the above.
Removed from the original list, Morgellons, Lyme disease, HIV/AIDS, Multiple Sclerosis,Parkinson's, Alzheimer's, Autism, Cancers, Prion diseases, Leukemia,Polio.

You see, Jen - scientists hold a special place in the world of ordinary men, they are on a pedestal for us to worship and be of awe of their wonders, to bow down to them, they are the most 'god-like' of all of creation with their brilliant minds that can even create life from 'pixie' dust.
You see when all those millions of people were murdered in Germany, these brilliant minds were whisked away and given special privileges and didn't even have to stand trial. They can say for hundreds of years that the earth is flat and have anyone disputing this fact be-headed, ostracized, grants removed... etc. It's quite an eclectic club in which us lesser-brained peons cannot begin to phantom the inner-workings of such a magnificent body.
Even though their Collider machines are spinning in record-breaking cycles, with billions of dollars invested, to re-create the 'big bang' and they know that somehow their theory is flawed but the equation is pages and pages long... however, a 12 year old math genius has disproved its existence with two different theories. Please don't listen to what I have to say, it is heresy, as in - the earth is actually round.
This is disgusting that us as complete amateurs, with slightly above average intelligence can see what a farce this whole thing is. We know that all of the 'oathkeepers', our highest held in esteem with honor in their professions, those that take an oath to protect us or to protect our sciences, actually - I don't think scientists are required to take an oath, but they are talking about formulating one... (what an oxymoron!...) anyway, we can see what little bit we have that something is amiss enough to ring a bell or two. And, since we're not paid to keep our thoughts and opinions to ourselves - we can somehow speak where they can't, isn't that just totally ironic?
How do they think they can escape this multi-shelled shotgun and by keeping quiet and not speaking up is the same as going along with the destruction of the human race? I ask where is the logic in all of this from a supposedly thinking mind and from such an esteemed group?
It looks like we've got most everything out there to get, Jen... and we're still alive somehow, just hang in there, maybe someone, somewhere will come to their senses?
