Not just one insert within it are others. And it replicates: "Entrez Gene summary for HK1: Hexokinases phosphorylate glucose to produce glucose-6-phosphate, the first step in most glucose metabolism pathways. This gene encodes a ubiquitous form of hexokinase which localizes to the outer membrane of mitochondria. Mutations in this gene have been associated with hemolytic anemia due to hexokinase deficiency. Alternative splicing of this gene results in five transcript variants which encode different isoforms, some of which are tissue-specific. Each isoform has a distinct N-terminus; the remainder of the protein is identical among all the isoforms. A sixth transcript variant has been described, but due to the presence of several stop codons, it is not thought to encode a protein.www.genecards.org/cgi-bin/carddisp.pl?gene=HK1==================== Note it is in the mitochondrial: summary for HK1: Mitochondrial Hexokinases catalyze the first essential step of glucose metabolism, the conversion of glucose into glucose-6-phosphate. This directly couples extramitochondrial glycolysis to intramitochondrial oxidative phosphorylation. There are two subtypes of mitochondrial hexokinases, HK1 and HK2, each of which has four isozymes designated hexokinase I, II, III and IV. HK1 and HK2 are both localized to the outer mitochondrial membrane, with HK1 being found in nervous tissue and HK2 in insulin-responsive tissues such as skeletal muscle. Activation of mitochondrial hexokinases is regulated by Akt/PKB-mediated phosphorylation and they are subject to inhibiton by their end product, glucose-6-phosphate. In addition to glucose metabolism, mitochondrial hexokinases have been implicated in antiapoptotic and cell survival signaling.www.genecards.org/cgi-bin/carddisp.pl?gene=HK1It does not encode a protein because it is artificial/synthetic= so what are all the parts. Non Chromosomal material. YAC B129B12 YAC A159D5 EcoRI and BamHI involved. First described in 1983 by Murray and Szostak, a YAC is an artificially constructed chromosome and contains the telomeric, centromeric, and replication originsequences named autonomous replicating sequence needed for replication and preservation in yeast cells. A YAC is built using an initial circular plasmid, which is typically broken into two linear molecules using restriction enzymes; DNA ligase is then used to ligate a sequence or gene of interest between the two linear molecules, forming a single large linear piece of DNA.[citation needed]. A typical YAC consists of centromere element (CEN) for chromosome segregation during cell division, telomere and origin of replication (ori) were isolated and joined on plasmid constructed in E.coli. For cloning purpose YAC is digested with restriction enzymes and recombinants are produced by inserting a large fragment of genomic DNA. This molecule can be maintained in yeast as YAC. [1] The transformant that contain YAC can be identified by red/white color selection. Non-transformed yeast contain white colonies. Red colonies of yeast contain the YAC molecule. Insertion of the DNA molecule into SnaB1 site, inactivates SUP4 its protein will not be expressed. This means colonies containing a YAC molecule with a DNA insert are in fact white. Red colonies can therefore be excluded as they have no insert, growth on a medium without tryptophan or uracil will exclude colonies with no YAC vector. This is because the YAC vector encodes proteins that facilitate growth in the absence of these essential nutrients, whilst normal yeast are not able to grow in their absence.[2] INCIDENCE OF ARTIFACTS IS LOW???[/i] "Yeast expression vectors, such as YACs, YIps (yeast integrating plasmids), and YEps (yeast episomal plasmids), have an advantage over bacterial artificial chromosomes (BACs) in that they can be used to express eukaryotic proteins that require posttranslational modification. However, YACs are significantly less stable than BACs, producing "chimeric effects": artifacts where the sequence of the cloned DNA actually corresponds not to a single genomic region but to multiple regions. Chimerism may be due to either co-ligation of multiple genomic segments into a single YAC, or recombination of two or more YACs transformed in the same host Yeast cell. [3] The incidence of chimerism may be as high as 50%. [4]. Other artifacts are deletion of segments from a cloned region, and rearrangement of genomic segments (such as inversion). In all these cases, the sequence as determined from the YAC clone is different from the original, natural sequence, leading to inconsistent results and errors in interpretation if the clone's information is relied upon. Due to these issues, the Human Genome Project ultimately abandoned the use of YACs and switched to bacterial artificial chromosomes, where the incidence of these artifacts is very low."en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Yeast_artificial_chromosomeThey produce chimeras

So the product is : glucose-6-phosphate. An autonomously replicating sequence (ARS) contains the origin of replication in the yeast genome. It contains four regions (A, B1, B2, and B3), named in order of their effect on plasmid stability; when these regions are mutated, replication does not initiate. Element A is highly conserved, consisting of the consensus sequence:: If this does not initicate what initiates the YAC replicator, YAC Vector? NO.... THIS........ "Prokaryotic (initiation) Pre-replication complex Cdc6 Helicase (dnaA, dnaB, T7) · Primase (dnaG) " en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Autonomously_replicating_sequence============== Cdc6 Cdc6p is an ATP binding protein and a member of the pre-replicative complex (pre-RC) together with the origin recognition complex (ORC), Cdt1 and the MCM complex (containing MCM2-7p). Cdc6p assembles after ORC in an ATP dependent manner and is required for loading MCM proteins onto the DNA. Reconstruction of electron microscope images showed that the ORC-Cdc6p complex forms a ring-shaped structure with similar dimensions to those of ring-shaped MCM helicase.[3] It is thought that the Cdc6p-Cdt1 complex uses ATP hydrolysis to thread DNA through the central hole of the MCM doughnut.[4] Mutations in the binding motif of Cdc6p strongly suggest that ATP binding and hydrolysis is essential for its function.[5] The minimal requirement for DNA binding has been mapped within its 47-amino acid sequence.[6] Furthermore Cdc6 indirectly inhibits activation of the p34cdc2/CDC28 M phase kinase, thus nuclear division is suppressed en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cdc6p34cdc2/CDC28 M phase kinase, MCM proteins?

Marathon offered to buy out app. 500 homes in an area close to me where many my grandchildren where conceived and raised. I told the Realtor Real Estate Dreams that Marathon wanted no Realtors involved but anyway we brought one in to be sure to read the fine print and look for a sign off to future rights to sue Marathon for heath damages. The Realtor said he never saw such a clause but sure enough it was there. He contacted Jeffery Feiger who said that if anyone smoked in the household that would negate any health damage suit, I think not because the offending chemicals are not in cigarettes. And Lil Sis what goes along with that is fracking, because they want the "abiotic oil" that is way down. This effects the aquifers in Michigan. so then there would be poison in the ground, on the ground, and above us, all different kinds.
I would like to put this on our web page. This Bucket Brigade needs to be talked about.

What bothers me about this hexane, it is involved with the artificial telomeres. It works with certain proteins, RNA and DNA.

This is what Carnicom said on an interview that the particles that do dissolve are the issue, that means they go into the blood stream, the water issue in the intestines. This breaks it down but depletes the body of water, electrolytes go off,

Recently, a detailed RH map was reported in OAR1. In the present study, we selected 38 markers equally distributed in this RH map for identification of ovine genomic DNA clones within the ovine BAC library CHORI-243 using the virtual sheep genome browser and performed FISH mapping for both comparison of OAR1 and homoeologous chromosomes BBU1q–BBU6 and BTA1–BTA3 and considerably extending the cytogenetic maps of the involved species-specific chromosomes. Comparison of the resulting maps with human-identified homology with HSA2q, HSA3, HSA21 and HSA1q reveals complex chromosome rearrangements differentiating human and bovid chromosomes. In addition, we identified 2 new small human segments from HSA2q and HSA3q conserved in the telomeric regions of OAR1p and homoeologous chromosome regions of BTA3 and BBU6, and OAR1q, respectively. Evaluation of the present OAR1 cytogenetic map and the OAR1 RH map supports previous RH assignments with 2 main exceptions. TRANSMEMBRANE MUC1: Mucin 1, cell surface associated (MUC1) or polymorphic epithelial mucin (PEM) is a mucin encoded by the MUC1 gene in humans.[1] MUC1 is a glycoprotein with extensive O-linked glycosylation of its extracellular domain. Mucins line the apical surface of epithelial cells in the lungs, stomach, intestines, eyes and several other organs.[2] Mucins protect the body from infection by pathogen binding to oligosaccharides in the extracellular domain, preventing the pathogen from reaching the cell surface.[3] Overexpression of MUC1 is often associated with colon, breast, ovarian, lung and pancreatic cancers.[4] MUC1 is cleaved in the endoplasmic reticulum into two pieces, the cytoplasmic tail including the transmembrane domain and the extracellular domain. These domain tightly associate in a non-covalent fashion.[8] This tight, non-covalent association is not broken by treatment with urea, low pH, high salt or boiling. Treatment with sodium dodecyl sulfate triggers dissociation of the subunits.[9] The cytoplasmic tail of MUC1 is 72 amino acids long and contains several phosporylation sites.[10] Function The protein serves a protective function by binding to pathogens[11] and also functions in a cell signaling capacity.[10] Overexpression, aberrant intracellular localization, and changes in glycosylation of this protein have been associated with carcinomas. e.g. The CanAg tumour antigen is a novel glycoform of MUC1.[12] en.wikipedia.org/wiki/MUC1CanAg tumour...tumour antigen?

One group of RNAs that can be polyuridylated are histone mRNAs that lack a poly(A) tail. Polyuridylation of a histone mRNA promotes its degradation, involving the exosome. Other RNAs in Arabidopsis and mouse have been seen to be polyuridinylated after cleavage.[1] ================== New ways to meet your (3′) end—oligouridylation as a step on the path to destruction1. Carol J. Wilusz2 and 2. Jeffrey Wilusz1 - Author Affiliations 1. Department of Microbiology, Immunology, and Pathology, Colorado State University, Fort Collins, Colorado 80523, USA Messenger RNA degradation is a vital contributor to the control of gene expression that generally involves removal of a poly(A) tail in both prokaryotes and eukaryotes. In a thought-provoking study in this issue of Genes & Development, Mullen and Marzluff (2008) present data supporting a novel mechanism of mRNA decay. They discovered that histone mRNAs, which are unique in that they are never polyadenylated in mammalian cells, degrade by a cell cycle-regulated mechanism that involves addition of a short oligo(U) tail at the 3′ end. Interestingly, this oligo(U) tract is recognized by the Lsm1–7 complex, which then appears to feed the transcript into the standard mRNA decay pathways. These findings are exciting because they invoke parallels with prokaryotic mRNA decay, which requires polyadenylation immediately prior to degradation and involves an Lsm homolog, Hfq. Moreover, recent studies have identified other oligouridylated RNAs and several poly(U) polymerases, implying that this may be a more widespread mechanism for turnover of RNA.genesdev.cshlp.org/content/22/1/1.longmixtures of natural and artificial: Many of the enabling technologies for synthetic biology have existed for several years. The metabolic engineering of bacteria for natural product synthesis was first achieved in the early 1970s, and engineered bacterial plasmids for biotechnology were developed during the 1980s. Genetically modified organisms with relatively sophisticated systems for gene expression and containment have been around for nearly as long. The main difference between genetic engineering and synthetic biology is that whereas the former involves the transfer of individual genes from one species to another, the latter envisions the assembly of novel microbial genomes from a set of standardized genetic parts. These components may be natural genes that are being applied for a new purpose, natural genes that have been redesigned to function more efficiently, or artificial genes that have been designed and synthesized from scratch.Synthetic genomics” refers to the set of technologies that makes it possible to construct any specified gene (or full genome) from short strands of synthetic DNA called “oligonucleotides,” which are produced chemically and are generally between 50 and 100 base-pairs in length. In August 2002, Eckard Wimmer, a virologist at the State University of New York at Stonybrook, announced that over a period of several months his research team had assembled live, infectious poliovirus from customized oligonucleotides mail-ordered from a commercial supplier, using a map of the viral genome available on the Internet [13]. In 2003, Hamilton Smith and his colleagues at the Venter Institute developed a faster method for genome assembly, using synthetic oligonucleotides to construct a bacteriophage called φX174 (containing 5,386 DNA base-pairs) in only two weeks [14]. Most recently, in 2005, scientists at the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention synthesized the so-called Spanish influenza virus which was responsible for the 1918-19 flu pandemic that killed between 50 million and 100 million people worldwide [15, 16]. www.thenewatlantis.com/publicatio....nthetic-biologyfrom our link: www.morgboard.proboards.com/index.cgi?board=general&action=display&thread=536========================= RNA is being turned over by oligo or POLY U uridine, uracil, phenylalanine........... now a 23rd un natural amino acid, made from poly ethelene glycol.................

It looks like what first had to be done over the last 100 years or so was to make universal genes, crossing over with animals, plants, algae, parasites, especially the Archaea, Bacteria and Eukaryote.
Were we changing ABE? or Abraham? certain families who are not from the original seemed to want to make it so. Time will catch up to them.
The introduction of Uracil,(ribosome) the bacteriphage 0174, not for killing bacteria, but for altering the RNA, and finally the self assembling nanoparticle can do it all.
Atlantis all over again. When will we learn "true knowledge"?

So YAC, BAC., MAC and HAC could be put in the phage, after the Archaean uracil was introduced into the human genome. Now, all is needed is the stone, the metal, the filament, the spore, just like in the "old days of the origin" Devolution. The so-called lie of the origin of man. They had to prove it somehow, if they had to create the evolutionary process to show it could be done!
Still generated from man, and he shoiuld have known better!
But, then again that was not the purpose of this whole new Alchemical process, that started off on the wrong foot to begin with.

FINALLY SKY........FINALLY I FEEL WE ARE PUTTING THE PUZZLE IN THE CORRECT ORDER.
YES,
ELECTROLYTES GATHER TO THE PEG AND ROB THE BRAIN OF NEEDED ELECTROLYTES........so crazy is as electrolyte imbalance goes.
Then also light encoded control.......the man machine interface. Bi-polar
These cells in the brain actually flip, they have a polar balance
light ..radio waves...can flip them .
I was surprised to learn that most food coloring is from petrol chemicals.
Giants of old..oil..those who have not died// somewhere here.....adulterating..creation.

I have long suspected that the radioactive element had to be there / The elites know how to survive Japan, three mile but this new radioactive shield , Van Allen Belts +..........is very useful for cutting down the population and also to enhance the atmospheric conductance for man machine interface...even they are interfacing all of nature. The fields, the air ...... with all that grows , creeps, walks, swarms over, it is sensing mat, a sensing space connects to space via ground networks. Remember the old article posted after 911, Sensors, sensors everywhere, it is the eye of Horus. I also recall reading something about giving the population toys electronic ones to have us become addicted to the machine. I sicken to see our youth interacting with others behind the machine...leaves out the human touch we all need so much. onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/10.10....hly+maintenance gone but found this reference to the previous link I put up for review Karen and also my son would get very sick from Orange juice Does this Acid interfere with the PEGS? answers.yahoo.com/question/index?qid=20110705092342AAG19ok

Last doctor came to my house was an dirt star
I showed him my pain med read out, he was not nice
Could sue him for it but won't
He became solemn later when he read my MRI upper, lower at first said maybe they could fix L-3 ...L-4 but then asked if anyone in the family had A. Spondilyosis...Karen had. He barked at me when I replied my sister Karen had , she died from complications of P.Cancer. I now know the Ascites build-up when they told her to discontinue Miralax and about 2 months later they Ascites turned into what they termed Cancer but It crystallized..the PEG.
So he then told me holding my his right index finger ...this is your central cord He made a circle with the finger and thumb on his left hand and put it over the central cord index finger on his right, he said your vertebrae is growing bone inside and cutting off your central cord.
The dirt star then understood the pain meds.
Woke up today thinking about this growth
what is it

I noticed from taking tests my blue color perception is out of range,
Twelve of 15 individuals working with hexane for 12 years were found to have abnormal color discrimination [Grant 1986]. * Signs and symptoms of exposure
* Biological monitoring Biological monitoring involves sampling and analyzing body tissues or fluids to provide an index of exposure to a toxic substance or metabolite. Exposure to n-hexane can be measured in the exhaled air (as n-hexane) or in urine as the 2,5-hexanedione. The biological exposure index for n-hexane in urine is 5 grams 2,5-hexanedione/gram creatinine. WORKPLACE MONITORING AND MEASUREMENT
Determination of a worker's exposure to airborne n-hexane is made using a charcoal tube (100/50 mg sections, 20/40 mesh). Samples are collected at a maximum flow rate of 0.2 liter/minute (TWA) until a maximum collection volume of 4 liters is reached. The sample is then treated with 99:1 carbon disulfide:dimethylformamide. Analysis is conducted by gas chromatography using a flame ionization detector (GC/FID). This method is described in the OSHA Computerized Information System [OSHA 1994] and is fully validated. NIOSH Method No. 1500 for hydrocarbons with boiling point ranges from 36 to 126øC (96.8 to 258.9øF) can also be used to determine a worker's airborne exposure to n-hexane. This method is the reference method for the OSHA method described above and differs only in its use of carbon disulfide as the solvent used to extract the sample [NIOSH 1994].

When I wrote to the big brain think tank guys
about Morgellons
I forgot who they where but they called themselves the car wash boys
T received a reply and he also asked if he could use my letter to him, I gave him permission but any who
He replied did i live by an oil refinery
Yes , very very near
do i use margarine in the microwave
yes , occasionally
he also said something about it possibly coming from the Ocean.
My question is
the ocean...the dead zones now grow new type bacteria that break down artificial polymers so if they are growing artificial polymers in us and we come in contact with this new type nylon eating bug...it would break down the artificial in us....what % are we now artificial?
The Oceans are filled with the knowledge of mankind...Oceans of man....and I stood upon the sands of the SEA.
