Just try putting that on GLP, seems to me GLP is a government control board, they will ban this morgboard.
Brings a big question to mind....green blow back from pictures.....us blue eyes used to show red eye distortion in pictures but now I just realized during recent holiday pics....everyone in the family both the brown eyed and blue eyed, of which I have now 5 beautiful daughters and two handsome sons , we all show green glowing eyes. I will post our pics for you to see...God help us!
Great work by Skizit. And it is in the biotech synthesis from Chemicals. Why are the Green folks not all over this? This is inorganic chemistry. Is there no "push back" here? The Green folks are very deceiving. Is that really the core of this? Narrowed down to the "oligosaccharides" involves pyrophosphate. The sugar backbone of DNA. Broken. The hydroxy backbone. The essence of "soul" converted. The "Word" in the DNA altered, by synthetic design.
"The emerging field of glycomics – the system-wide study of the function of sugars in an organism – is revealing that saccharides play multiple roles in a huge number of cellular processes. Consequently, pharmaceutical companies are increasingly interested in incorporating sugars into modern therapeutics........
................synthetic processes used today. The EuroBioSyn project has set itself the challenge to develop a cell-based system to produce dihydroxyacetone phosphate (DHAP)- derived monosaccharides for pharmaceutical applications. The team will convert the common bacterium E. coli into a ‘DHAP factory’ capable of efficiently synthesising these monosaccharides .........
======================= If you change the sugar backbone, you have changed the whole operating system in the body. And e-coli in the lab generates the new forms. The Unnatural additional 3 amino acids are the alterations, as indicated by Skizit. The cross happens in Microbiology and the Molecular Dogmas. On Molecular levels anything can be created in a synthetic manner, thereby deleting any type microbe that would be beneficial. But, how do you find a natural microbe that will eliminate a synthetic one, when the universal DNA crossing all borders of species is the same: synthetic? How does one adapt? Ubiquitous. Universal. Everywhere. Synthetic Mobile Genetic Elements. ================== "Caruthers’s method, known as solid phase phosphorami- dite chemistry, is still the basis of most commercial DNA syn- thesis. It begins with a single nucleotide attached to a solid support, such as a polystyrene bead, suspended in liquid. When exposed to an acid, the nucleotide’s base becomes open to forming a bond with a new nucleotide added to the solu- tion. That second nucleotide is then exposed to acid, and an- other nucleotide is joined to it, contributing to the growing chain. Repeating this cycle makes it possible to synthesize any desired nucleotide sequence with an error rate of approxi- mately one base in 100. ".........
......BioBricks in 2000 Michael Elowitz and Stanislas Leibler, then at Prince- ton University, as well as one of us (Collins), with colleagues Tim Gardner and Charles Cantor of Boston University, built the first basic circuit elements—a ring oscillator and a toggle switch—from biological parts. Scientists had known for some 25 years that natural organisms employ this type of circuitry to regulate their own genes, but the separate efforts of our two teams represented the first successes in manufacturing func- tional artificial biological circuitry. ....."Constructing Synthetic Biology when we authors of this article began our efforts to build a bio fab, no clear approach existed to making long DNA constructs accurately, rapidly and inexpensively. Today that is one among several technologies in an expanding tool- box for biological engineering. We are progressing toward first designing and modeling biological devices in computers, then “cutting” them into biological form as the final step— much as silicon chips are planned, then etched. MPPS suitable for oligonucleotide synthesis is a low-swellable, highly cross-linked polystyrene obtained by polymerization of divinylbenzene (min 60%), styrene, and 4-chloromethylstyrene in the presence of a porogeneous agent. The macroporous chloromethyl MPPS obtained is converted to aminomethyl MPPS.
Oligonucleotides find a variety of applications in molecular biology and medicine. They are most commonly used as antisense oligonucleotides, small interfering RNA, primers for DNA sequencing and amplification, probes for detecting complementary DNA or RNA via molecular hybridization, tools for the targeted introduction of mutations and restriction sites, and for the synthesis of artificial genes. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Oligonucleotide_synthesis
