It is often overlooked as an artifact of preparation. However, several disease processes and toxins have been found to alter the red blood cell membrane, leading to the formation of echinocytes. Therefore, the presence of echinoctyosis on blood smear examination or on hematology reports may have diagnostic significance. ------ Echinocyte Morphology Echinocytes are morphologically altered red blood cells that appear to have numerous, fine, uniform spicules throughout the cell membrane.4 In mammals, echinocytes have been classified into five main types according to progressive stages in formation and maturation (Figs. 1 & 2). Type I echinocyte (echinodiscocytes) are described as irregularly shaped erythrocytes without defined spicules. Type II echinocytes have cellular projections that vary in length; however, these erythrocytes maintain a disc-shaped appearance. Type III echinocytes are more spherical erythrocytes with high spiculation. Spheroechinocytes I and II are slightly smaller erythrocytes that closely resemble spherocytes with blunted spicules.1 These cells have been found to be rigid and nondeformable which may reduce blood flow in the microcirculation or cause microvascular injury.5 Some hematologists hypothesize that echinocyte formation is an anti-hemolytic tactic with an increase in plasma membrane surface area relative to cellular volume. Therefore, the cell volume may increase to a greater degree before lysis occurs.10 look what does to blood cell: Figure 1. Prevalence of Parvovirus B19 and Parvovirus V9 DNA and Antibodies in Paired Bone Marrow and Serum Samples from Healthy Individuals Parvovirus B19 (hereafter referred to as B19) exhibits a marked tropism to human bone marrow (BM), and infection may lead to erythema infectiosum, arthropathy, hydrops fetalis, and various hematologic disorders. Recently, a distinct parvovirus isolate termed V9 with an unknown clinical spectrum was discovered. In contrast to the many studies of B19 serology and viremia, valid information on the frequency of B19 or V9 DNA in the BM of healthy individuals is limited. www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC120228/I believe the above is exactly what Carnicom proved! So, this is def being guarded.......
At least, NASA put its signature on it.======= Transformation of Human Erythrocyte Shape by Endotoxic LipopolysaccharideReceived 19 July 1982/Accepted 28 September 1982Human erythrocytes were observed to undergo a discocyte to echinocyte to spheroechinocyte shape transformation during brief incubation with endotoxic lipopolysaccharide. It was concluded that lipopolysaccharide-membrane interactions alter the curvature of erythrocyte membranes.www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC347956/pdf/iai00142-0449.pdf================ endotoxic lipopolysaccharide
bacterial endotoxin:www.textbookofbacteriology.net/endotoxin.html......"Endotoxins are part of the outer membrane of the cell wall of Gram-negative bacteria. Endotoxin is invariably associated with Gram-negative bacteria whether the organisms are pathogenic or not. Although the term "endotoxin" is occasionally used to refer to any cell-associated bacterial toxin, in bacteriology it is properly reserved to refer to the lipopolysaccharide complex associated with the outer membrane of Gram-negative pathogens such as Escherichia coli, Salmonella, Shigella, Pseudomonas, Neisseria, Haemophilus influenzae, Bordetella pertussis and Vibrio cholerae.
The relationship of endotoxin (lipopolysaccharide) to the bacterial cell surface is illustrated in Figure 1 below. ".............. == " The mechanism is complex. In humans, LPS binds to a lipid binding protein (LBP) in the serum which transfers it to CD14 on the cell membrane, which in turn transfers it to another non-anchored protein, MD2, which associates with Toll-like receptor-4 (TLR4). This triggers the signaling cascade for macrophage/endothelial cells to secrete pro-inflammatory cytokines and nitric oxide that lead to characteristic "endotoxic shock". CD14 and TLR4 are present on several cells of the immunological system cells, including macrophages and dendritic cells. In monocytes and macrophages, three types of events are triggered during their interaction with LPS:
1. Production of cytokines, including IL-1, IL-6, IL-8, tumor necrosis factor (TNF) and platelet-activating factor. These, in turn, stimulate production of prostaglandins and leukotrienes. These are powerful mediators of inflammation and septic shock that accompanies endotoxin toxemia. LPS activates macrophages to enhanced phagocytosis and cytotoxicity. Macrophages are stimulated to produce and release lysosomal enzymes, IL-1 ("endogenous pyrogen"), and tumor necrosis factor (TNFalpha), as well as other cytokines and mediators. 2 . Activation of the complement cascade. C3a and C5a cause histamine release (leading to vasodilation) and affect neutrophil chemotaxis and accumulation. The result is inflammation.3. Activation of the coagulation cascade. Initial activation of Hageman factor (blood-clotting Factor XII) can activate several humoral systems resulting in
a. coagulation: a blood clotting cascade that leads to coagulation, thrombosis, acute disseminated intravascular coagulation, which depletes platelets and various clotting factors resulting in internal bleeding.b. activation of the complement alternative pathway (as above, which leads to inflammation) c. plasmin activation which leads to fibrinolysis and hemorrhaging.d. kinin activation releases bradykinins and other vasoactive peptides which causes hypotension. The net effect is to induce inflammation, intravascular coagulation, hemorrhage and shock. LPS also acts as a B cell mitogen, stimulating the polyclonal differentiation and multiplication of B-cells and the secretion of immunoglobulins, especially IgG and IgM. the process above........................ We report here the characterization of a parasite protein with B-cell mitogenic properties in culture supernatants of infective forms, the cloning of the corresponding gene and the analysis of the biological properties of its product. We characterized the protein as a co-factor-independent proline racemase, and show that its expression as a cytoplasmic and/or membrane-associated protein is life-stage specific. Inhibition studies indicate that availability of the racemase active site is necessary for mitogenic activity. First you create the mess, the chaos in the human body, then you monitor it with markers, then you create a vaccine, medicine to further its complications. Never curing, only creating, monitoring, and controlling that which you have created. ---------------------- Human hybridiztion, already in process. blood cells cytoskeleton Ingber: Nasa microgravity. Are we taking a trip soon? Why the restructuring? =================== ....."Ingber believes that tensegrity is a core organizing principle of the entire physical world. Self-stabilizing structures form spontaneously at every scale -- cytoskeletons are merely one example. Another would be spherical carbon molecules called "BuckyBalls" that look like atomic soccer balls. Clay molecules also arrange themselves into tensegrity patterns that some researchers think harbored the first microscopic life forms on Earth. Even the universe itself, with its black holes (compression) and gravitationally linked galaxies (tension), may be a tensegrity structure. "I gave a talk once at NASA on evolutionary biology," he recalls. "The last slide of my talk was a picture of the universe: super clusters of galaxies. Next to it was a one of capillary cells in a dish, formed into networks. The two pictures looked identical."................. = Cytoskeleton Tutorial -- (University of Arizona) The cytoskeleton is both a muscle and a skeleton, and is responsible for cell movement, cytokinesis, and the organization of the organelles within the cell. == see captionRight: Cytoskeletons give red blood cells their characteristic flat shape. [more] Says Ingber: "Mechanical restructuring of the cell and cytoskeleton apparently tells the cell what to do." Very flat cells with taut cytoskeletons somehow sense that more cells are needed--to cover a cut, for example. Rounder, cramped cells might sense an overpopulation problem and decide it's time to die and make room for others. In either case, they are responding to a control system in which the shape-shifting cytoskeleton serves as a switching mechanism. The potential implications of this research are vast -- and not limited to space travel. It has already led to a prospective cancer treatment based on changes in cell shape. And it could provide new treatments for osteoporosis, cardiac disease, lung problems and developmental abnormalities. Every tissue in the body, says Ingber, has some disease that results from cells responding abnormally to mechanical forces. "By pursuing the question of [how cells sense] gravity we've uncovered entirely new aspects of cell regulation." -------------- science.nasa.gov/science-news/science-at-nasa/2002/19jun_cytoskeletons/=========================== Morgellons must be casualities along the way! Clay molecules align themselfs....Mirey Clay Iron Hemoglobin ?
Starfish , we have seen that before, hey?
They are making everything synthetic. I have found this to be true consistanly. The ISIS cameras search out that which has not changed , why?
Isis is known to distinguish the natural from the synthetic why?
Why is the natural being switched for synthetic, will i be said the switch is to improve. The truth is most of the changes are made out of jealousy to the creator.
Two brothers.... one brother makes a beautiful painting . The jealous brother paints over it.
Credit , attention and adoration . Seeking to be top. Not appreciating order and natural law or God given positions. Seeking to rule , seeking to be above. This ageless , timeless cycle is coming into climax as the birth pains on the advent of a new time draw upon all creation from the seeds of man to the seeds that feed him. A new day is near when the spawn of corruption will no longer be allowed to paint over the original design. Isis will itself be exposed.

Oh my gosh, you said it so well, lil sissy,
It is being exposed.
The real celestial healing powers will break through the veil somehow.
Because of wrongful use of alchemy, without the concept of a higher realm, or higher beings, then, its effects will only hurt the earth, because it is enclosed here within the veil of stupidity and greed.
And it is a cycle, it is like the "Great Works" have been trampled upon, and distorted.
And the lie perpetuated by ill informed, philosophical people, who only tried to out do the other, but never, in their wildest dreams thought to teach anyone anything.
Greed not just in money, but knowledge, that could heal, that could open doors for poor, that could "teach the young man to fish, so he could earn a living"
But, by theft of peoples names and titles, thefts of others scientific works, inventions, and theft of others ideas, and ordered paintings, thank God for those who sneaked past the censors.
Seems like that is what we have to do now.
So, if we can find ways to test and heal ourselves, knowing what we are going after,
We know the blood for sure, and cytoskeleton, but nerves and capillaries as well?
Like Belcher says, "she can improve on nature" the mineral nacre, viral fibers etc.
Natural native would be good! Why play with what works?
To make us all Universal? all the same? ba hum bug!
