Does this not connect these 2 types of telecommunications?
this one:
Scientists at MIT believe they have found the first step toward a novel solution - organic fibers less than the width of a human hair that would integrate with neural tissues, enabling a new type of interface that would permit the transmission of signals - and drugs - directly to the brain. They state that the "neuro probe" is modeled after that which is used in the telecommunications industry.
As with nearly all of these announcements, it is worth noting that a portion of this funding comes from the military - in this case, the U.S. Army Research Office through the Institute for Soldier Nanotechnologies. It is no longer a secret that there has been steady military investment (at least $400 million annually) into creating supersoldiers of both the organic and mind-controlled type. These latest developments would seem to dovetail perfectly with that mission. - See more at: www.techswarm.com/2015/01/new-fiber-implant-will-transmit-signals.html#sthash.8Jy5BE3G.dpuf
By producing complex multimodal fibers that could be less than the width of a hair, they have created a system that could deliver optical signals and drugs directly into the brain, along with simultaneous electrical readout to continuously monitor the effects of the various inputs. The new technology is described in a paper appearing in the journal Nature Biotechnology, written by MIT’s Polina Anikeeva and 10 others. An earlier paper by the team described the use of similar technology for use in spinal cord research.
In addition to transmitting different kinds of signals, the new fibers are made of polymers that closely resemble the characteristics of neural tissues, Anikeeva says, allowing them to stay in the body much longer without harming the delicate tissues around them.
“We’re building neural interfaces that will interact with tissues in a more organic way than devices that have been used previously,” says Anikeeva, an assistant professor of materials science and engineering. To do that, her team made use of novel fiber-fabrication technology pioneered by MIT professor of materials science (and paper co-author) Yoel Fink and his team, for use in photonics and other applications.

What diseases are we really looking at? They are not named? So, the Lies continue under the auspices of spinal problems, etc. which are caused by too much EMF ELF RF microwave to begin with. So covering their arses for whoever is maimed by the experimental processes. There had to be a process, stages, new tech replacing old tech, not working or causing damage, just a continual update, just like your cell phone and computer.

lectrical Prescriptions (ElectRx)
Solicitation Number: DARPA-BAA-15-06
Agency: Other Defense Agencies
Office: Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency
Location: Contracts Management Office
Original Synopsis

Solicitation Number:
DARPA-BAA-15-06
Notice Type:
Presolicitation
Synopsis:
Added: Dec 11, 2014 1:05 pm
The DARPA ElectRx program seeks innovative research proposals for creating closed-loop neuromodulation systems that utilize innate neurophysiological circuits to achieve therapeutic benefits. To achieve this goal, ElectRx will simultaneously drive biological understanding and technology development. Specifically, ElectRx is looking to develop and leverage fundamental understanding of the anatomy and physiology of neural circuits in the spinal cord or peripheral nerves that mediate health status. This knowledge will be leveraged to design and demonstrate feedback-controlled neuromodulation systems for the direct regulation of immune system functions and CNS disorders. In parallel, technology development focused on next-generation minimally-invasive neural interfaces and biosensors will enable interaction with the neurophysiology of interest at unmatched spatiotemporal resolution, precision, and specificity. These neuromodulation treatments will be tuned automatically and continuously to the unique physiology of each individual and will produce no off-target effects. Additional information set forth in attached BAA.
