Around age 27 give or take, I can remember finding these little weird black splinters on the side of my chin. I thought they were hairs and I would try endlessly to pluck them out, but to no avail. This was the only symptom i experienced. About a year ago I noticed black dots on the inside of my arm in the exact place blood is taken from. I thought these black dots were clogged pores and once again tried to remove them but couldn't. My situation is unique because both of my arms are extensively tattoed to the point where you can't see any of my skin. This makes it virtually impossible to see what is actually happening. Recently, all of the hair on my arms lost all pigmentation and is now blonde or almost transparent. Its also really easy to just yank it out. Additionally, i started to experience the core symptom of pulling long thread like fibers from my hair follicles. This is how i discovered morgellons.
To date, i havent experienced any other core morgellons symptoms such as the painful lesions, intense itching or crawling sensations under my skin. Could this be the extent of my symptoms or am in for a rude awakening?
