Eye shine is a visible effect of the tapetum lucidum.
When light shines into the eye of an animal having a tapetum lucidum, the pupil appears to glow.....
PLEASE understand THIS.......
Despite it being present in some primates, the human eye has no tapetum lucidum, hence no eye shine.
However, in humans and animals two effects can occur that may resemble eye shine: leukocoria (white shine, indicative of abnormalities including cataracts, cancers, and other problems) and red-eye effect.

Leukocoria is an ominous white reflex indicating a vision threatening (and sometimes life threatening) ocular condition.
These are just a few of the main conditions being screened for, but you can tell from the list above how important detection of these problems can be!END CUT....
Well here is,
my...
Beautiful family at my Mothers house on Christmas.
My new Husband and my new Daughter are so loving and funny,
accepting our tribe is brave and awesome.
I love then all so very much, God has truly blessed me with an understanding family.
I wished I understood why our eyes glow like this,

In past photo's,
I do not the remember seeing photos that display glowing eye shine until this decade.
Blue eyes used to bounce back a red eye shine in some pictures taken to closely.
Brown eyes did not have much red eye shine, if any.
Now our family pictures have eye shine displaying glowing eyes in all , both of the brown and blue eyed humans.
Explanations I have received from researchers where very vague and brought into consideration of antibiotic use showing in the fundus. This leads to more questions for me.
What antibiotic and when was it distributed?
At 6 months the Doctors said I had a 50 , 50 chance of living from a sudden swine type flu and developed pneumonia. After that frightening event, mom ran me to the Doctor Slater for Penicillin shots on a regular basis. Why did this effect only show in recent photos?
For years I took family pictures from the time of my early teens in the 60's , from Kodak pocket cameras to Polaroid.
Is it more than the camera, is it also in the very eye or is it the new bulbs that are florescent.
My husbands eyes just beam, he works hooking up wireless energy all day.

Green eye in photographs actually refers to the animal version of red eye.

Causes of Green Eye
Green eye occurs when light enters the eye at almost level with the eye. Because light reflects at an angle equal and opposite to its entry (in layman's terms, it makes a "V" shape) if bright light (such as from a flash) enters the eye at almost no angle it will be reflected back, or visible to, the camera. This most often happens when the pupil of the eye is dilated and gives the light more room to enter and exit the eye. This is the same as what happens with red eye in humans....( NOTICE IN HUMANS>>>JEN)
But Why Are the Eyes Green?
The eyes of animals appear green, or blue, or white, or yellow because of their night vision. Many animals have a membrane called the Tapetum Lucidum in their eyes.
Depending on the chemical makeup of this membrane, different light spectrum are reflected. So in animals that have this membrane the light is blocked from striking the blood-rich retina that would show up as red eye.[/b] Blue-eyed cats do not have the same membrane in their eyes so they actually show red eye instead of another color.
end cut,
My questions,
1. Is this evidence of PEDOT conductive polymer showing in our eyes.
2. Is this eye shine evidence of a new gene insert affecting the fundus. Green Florescent Protein Gene Tags by law are a mandatory requirement to show that a species has been genetically altered? A 365nm black light shows green glowing retinas in all humans I have checked* just like genetically altered animals.
3. IF this IS the effect of an anti-biotic ,,, that just does not seem reasonable to me because of the advent of anti-biotics happened way before THIS NEW TYPE OF EYESHINE.
* Checking the retina this way can damage it and really should not be done , if attempted one must use extreme caution.
